CSP-550 Aluminum Plate:
Consisting of a high performance KYNAR paint finish available in standard, custom color, and metallic finishes, this panel system is painted after fabrication has been completed.  To optimize color consistency within the façade systems, this spray applied finish can be produced from a paint batch used to paint adjacent window systems or other facade components.

Performance features of this system include a solid aluminum plate with fully welded corners and returns for optimum strength, rigidity, and weather-tightness.

CSP-550 Porcelain Enamel Steel:
For performance and aesthetic features that are somewhat unique to porcelain enamel, this system is regarded as being scratch and graffiti resistant, as well as highly impact resistant when fabricated with a solid core material.  Porcelain enamel can be produced with a gloss ranging from very high to a matte finish, depending on aesthetic preference.  Graphics and designs can be silk-screened onto panels to create multi-color panels.

CSP-550 Embossed Stainless Steel:
Combining the beauty and longevity of an embossed stainless steel finish with high performance and relatively cost effective details, this system can be fabricated into complex flat, formed, and radiused shapes that also eliminates the use of exposed sealants in panel joinery.

CSP-900 Aluminum Composite CEG System:
Utilizing high quality, coil-coated KYNAR painted, 4mm aluminum composite panel as supplied by Alucobond and Reynobond, this system is fabricated to create a dry-joint system that does not require the use of exposed sealants in panel system joinery.  With its extruded perimeter framing and intermediate stiffeners, this system allows for large panel sizes with a high degree of flatness.  The CEG method of attachment also provides a very clean detail at the panel/extrusion interface.

CSP-900 Zinc Composite CEG System:
A Preweathered 4mm zinc composite panel, as produced by Reynobond, comprises this system combining the aesthetics and longevity of zinc with the optimum panel flatness achieved with composite panel technology and the CEG system that does not require the use of exposed sealants.  The result is a high performance, virtually maintenance-free system, with a high degree of panel flatness.

CSP-900 Aluminum Composite Rout & Return System:
Offering the same performance and aesthetic features as the Aluminum Composite CEG system above, this system's joint detailing at the panel/extrusion interface results in a slightly different look.

CSP-900 Zinc Composite Rout & Return System:
While offering the same performance and aesthetic features of the CEG system above, this system also results in a slightly different appearance of joint detailing at the panel/extrusion interface.

CSP-800 Aluminum Plate Dry-Joint System:
Termed the "Floating Plate" system, due to the fact that the extruded perimeter framing system is recessed back from the panel joinery creating a void in the recessed area of the joint.
This Dry-Joint panel system has a particularly unique aesthetic look when utilizing joints ¾” or larger.

The system is finished with a KYNAR paint finish, can have welded corners, sharp back-cut edges at formed corners, and has the durable impact resistance of aluminum plate.

The spray applied paint finish can be applied from same paint batches used to paint adjacent window systems or other architectural elements, in order to achieve optimum color consistency within the façade components.
